April 12, 2026 The John Hancock Chapter held a Liberty Tree Dedication Ceremony commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Halifax Resolves. Karl C. Kerschner Swearing in Ceremony as a new member of the John Hancock Chapter
The swearing in took place in the Honorable Judge Steve C. Shuff's jury room April 7, at 11 AM. by President Henry Stobbs and Secretary Mark Cook. He was given the oath and presented his credentials. The SAR Rosette was pinned on by Cook and Stobbs presented him with a John Hancock Challenge Coin. Kerschner is an Attorney and is on the State of Ohio Integrity Board.
